The Baxter Park Inn boasts the most spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient hotel in the Katahdin Region: This is a constant. However, as peak seasons occur throughout the year, prices vary accordingly.

Rates for reservations made through our online reservation system are slightly more expensive than our direct call-in or walk-in rates. Call us toll free at 866-633-9777 for the lowest possible rates!

• Check in: 3:00pm – Check out: 11:00am
• Corporate rates must be called in by corporate office
• Pets require signing of waiver. Policy: Pets MUST be accompanied entire
  duration of your stay. Additional charge for pets of $15 per night.
• Cancellation Policy: 48 hours from check in time (by 3:00pm two days prior to arrival). We reserve the right to charge 1 night and cancel the remainder of your reservation.
• Maximum occupancy of each room: 4 people
• Children ages 12 and under stay for free.
